Edu51Five is an academic portal designed for students of Bangladesh University of Business & Technology (BUBT), specifically for Intake 51, Section 5 (CSE). The platform provides:

• Access to course materials and study resources
• Exam schedules and tracking
• Semester progress visualization
• Notifications about academic events

3. User Accounts

• Student Access: Available to all Section 5 students without login
• Admin Access: Password-protected access for authorized administrators only
• Google Sign-In: Required only for admin file upload functionality

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Edu51Five only for lawful educational purposes. You must NOT:

• Upload malicious or inappropriate content
• Attempt to access admin features without authorization
• Share admin credentials with unauthorized users
• Scrape or download content in bulk
• Interfere with the platform's functionality

5. Admin Responsibilities

Administrators with upload access must:

• Upload only educational materials relevant to the curriculum
• Respect copyright and intellectual property rights
• Ensure uploaded files are virus-free
• Organize materials in appropriate course/category folders

6. Content Ownership

• User Content: You retain ownership of files you upload
• Platform Content: Course structure, design, and code belong to Edu51Five
• Third-Party Content: Some materials may be sourced from teachers or external sources

7. Google Drive Integration

By using the Google Drive upload feature:

• You grant Edu51Five permission to store files in your Google Drive
• Files are automatically made public for student access
• You can revoke access at any time through Google Account settings
• You remain responsible for files uploaded to your Drive

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Edu51Five is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Accuracy or completeness of materials
• Availability of specific content

9. Limitation of Liability

Edu51Five shall not be liable for:

• Loss of data or files
• Academic performance or exam results
• Incorrect information in study materials
• Service interruptions or downtime

10. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue features at any time
• Update course content and materials
• Change these Terms of Service with notice

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Misuse of admin privileges
• Uploading inappropriate content
